Returns and Refunds Policy

This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to the digital marketplace operated by FAIR TRADE WORLD NEGOCIACOES DIGITAIS LTDA (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), currently branded as ItemsFTW (the “Platform” or “Service”).

By making a purchase on the Platform, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. NATURE OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All products sold on the Platform are intangible digital goods, including but not limited to:

  • Digital activation keys
  • Virtual items
  • Gift cards
  • Software licenses
  • Downloadable content
  • In-game items

Due to the nature of digital goods, once delivered, accessed, or revealed, products are generally non-returnable.

2. GENERAL NO RETURN POLICY

Digital products cannot be returned once:

  • The product key or code has been revealed
  • The digital content has been delivered
  • The item has been transferred
  • The key has been activated
  • The content has been downloaded or accessed

By completing a purchase, the User acknowledges waiver of withdrawal rights after delivery, except where required by applicable law.

3. ELIGIBLE REFUND SCENARIOS

Refunds may be granted at the Company’s sole discretion in the following cases:

3.1 Non-Delivery

If the product is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe due to technical issues or supplier failure.

3.2 Invalid or Defective Product

If a digital key or item is proven to be invalid or unusable. The User must provide:

  • Activation attempt evidence
  • Screenshots
  • Error messages
  • Requested verification details

3.3 Duplicate Product

If the User receives a duplicate key or incorrect item.

3.4 Technical Failure

If a system error prevents delivery or access.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds will not be granted in cases including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchase
  • Compatibility issues not verified before purchase
  • Regional restrictions
  • Activation outside supported region
  • Use of VPN or proxy services
  • Platform bans or account restrictions
  • Misunderstanding of product description
  • Failure to meet system requirements
  • User negligence
  • Refusal to provide verification information
  • Attempted fraud or abuse

5. FACE-TO-FACE DELIVERY ITEMS

For in-game items delivered manually or face-to-face: once delivery is confirmed and completed, the transaction is considered final and non-refundable.

6. FRAUD AND RISK REVIEW

We reserve the right to delay delivery for fraud screening, request identity verification, suspend suspicious transactions, and refuse refunds in cases of abuse. Accounts involved in fraudulent activity may be permanently suspended.

7. REFUND METHOD

Approved refunds will be issued through one of the following methods at our discretion: original payment method, store credit, or replacement product. Processing time may vary depending on payment provider policies.

8. CHARGEBACKS

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, loss of access to services, and potential legal recovery actions. Please contact support first to resolve issues.

9. PROCESSING TIME

Refund reviews typically take between 3 to 10 business days depending on case complexity and supplier verification.

10. CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this Policy limits rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code where applicable.

11. POLICY ABUSE

We reserve the right to deny refunds if there is evidence of abuse of this policy, excessive refund requests, suspicious activity, or manipulation.

12. POLICY CHANGES

We may modify this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of changes.
