How do I buy a product?
  1. Choose the product you want.
  2. Check the region and compatibility.
  3. Add it to the cart.
  4. Complete payment.
  5. The product will be delivered automatically after confirmation.
Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept:

  • Credit and debit cards.
  • Pix (Brazil).
  • Local methods available by country.
  • Cryptocurrency payments when available.

The methods shown may vary depending on your location.

My payment was approved, but I did not receive the product.

In most cases, delivery is automatic.

Product Activation

How do I activate a Steam key?

Using the Steam app:

  1. Open the Steam client.
  2. Click the Games menu in the top-left corner and select Activate a Product on Steam.
  3. Enter the key you received and confirm.
  4. The game will be added automatically to your library, ready to download and install.

Using the browser:

  1. Go to https://store.steampowered.com/account/registerkey.
  2. Sign in to your Steam account.
  3. Accept the Steam terms.
  4. Enter the key you received and continue.
  5. The game will be added automatically to your library.
How do I activate a key in Rockstar Games Launcher?

Follow these steps to redeem your game in Rockstar Games Launcher:

  1. Download and install Rockstar Games Launcher from the official website: https://www.rockstargames.com/.
  2. Open the launcher and sign in to your Rockstar Social Club account, or create one if needed.
  3. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  4. Select Redeem Code.
  5. On the relevant game page, choose Use Rockstar Code.
  6. Enter the activation key you received and confirm.
  7. The game will be added automatically to your library.

After redeeming it, click Install to start the download and begin playing.

How can I tell if the product works in my country?

Each product clearly shows:

  • Region (Global, EU, LATAM, etc.).
  • Allowed countries.
  • Restricted countries.

Can I use a VPN to activate?

We do not recommend using a VPN for activation.

Activating outside the allowed region may result in the code or account being blocked.

Region & Restrictions

What do the regions in the product title mean?

The title indicates where the product can be activated or redeemed.

What do EU, LATAM, and similar labels mean?
  • AR - Exclusive to Argentina.
  • ASIA - Asia region.
  • BR - Exclusive to Brazil.
  • EMEA - Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
  • EU - Product intended for Europe.
  • LATAM - Latin America.
  • NA - North America, including Canada.
  • ROW - Rest of the World, usually available in most countries with possible exceptions.
  • TR - Exclusive to Turkey.
  • US - Exclusive to the United States.

Refunds & Problems

Can I request a refund?

Digital products have refund restrictions.

Refunds may be reviewed when:

  • The code has not been activated.
  • There is a proven technical issue.
  • There is a confirmed error with the delivered product.

Each case is reviewed individually.

I received a code that was already used.

Contact us immediately with:

  • A screenshot of the error.
  • The date and time of the activation attempt.
  • The message shown by the platform.
